Work That Moves

Northwind Athletics Team Program
Objective
Northwind outfits 240 school and club teams a season, each ordering on its own timetable. Every roster was being quoted by hand, so lead times drifted and no two schools received the same garment quality. The goal was one national program that any coach could order from without a sales call.
Concept
We narrowed 90 legacy styles to a 14-piece core built on two shells and one performance knit, then priced the whole range at fixed program tiers. Each team gets a locked decoration layout so its identity changes but the build does not — the same seam, the same fabric, the same six-week window, whoever orders.

Meridian Coffee Retail Drinkware
Objective
Meridian wanted merchandise its customers would pay retail for, not branded giveaways. The line had to hold up beside the roastery packaging on shelf and ship direct from a single online storefront in under a week.
Concept
A three-vessel family — 12oz ceramic, 16oz tumbler, 32oz bottle — sharing one silhouette language and a matte ceramic finish taken from the bag palette. Decoration is a single wrap position, which keeps setup low enough to run seasonal colourways without re-tooling.

Halcyon Hotels Arrival Kit
Objective
Halcyon needed a room-drop kit for 38 properties that felt tailored to each location while being sourced, kitted and replenished centrally. Property managers were buying locally and quality varied widely.
Concept
One kit architecture — bag, pouch, notebook, sleep mask — with a per-property colour and a woven label that names the city. Central kitting holds a single SKU per component; the property variable is applied at the label stage, which is the only step that changes.

Ridgeline Outfitters Headwear Capsule
Objective
Ridgeline sells through 400 independent dealers and wanted a headwear capsule dealers could stock in small quantities without losing the brand look across 400 storefronts.
Concept
Four crowns, two brims, one label system. Dealers pick from six pre-approved colourways rather than specifying trims, so a six-piece order and a six-hundred-piece order produce the same hat. Low minimums came from consolidating on a single blank platform.

Everline Onboarding Merch Platform
Objective
Everline hires 60 people a month across nine countries. HR was raising a purchase order per hire, and new starters were receiving kits weeks after their first day. They needed the ordering to happen inside their existing HR workflow.
Concept
A hosted store where a start date triggers the order automatically. Each new hire picks size and one of three kit tiers; regional warehouses fulfil locally, so the same kit lands in Lisbon and Austin within the same week without a purchase order.

Atlas Field Services Uniform Rollout
Objective
Atlas rolled a new uniform standard to 2,600 field technicians in eleven weeks. Sizing, allowances and replacement cycles all had to be tracked per technician, and the old spreadsheet process could not carry it.
Concept
An allowance-based portal: each technician gets a points balance, orders against it, and sees remaining balance before checkout. Supervisors approve exceptions only. The rollout ran region by region, which kept warehouse volumes flat instead of one national spike.
