Let's Build Something Different.

Before you send anything, take thirty seconds to see whether we're the right shop for what you're making. If we are, tell us the basics and pick a time.

When To Reach Out

Are We The Right Fit?

We build custom product from scratch — materials, decoration, factory, samples. That's a great fit for some projects and the wrong tool for others. Here's the honest split.

Talk To Us When

You have a product idea and no factory

A sketch, a photo, or a link to something similar is enough to start.

Your current supplier can't hit the spec, price, or date

Send us what went wrong and we'll quote against it.

You want a proof sample before you commit to a run

Factory-ready sample in about fifteen days, then you decide.

You're ordering 500 units or more

Made to your spec, not picked from a catalogue page.

You're a distributor sourcing for a client

We stay behind the scenes. Your name goes on the work.

Not sure which side you're on? Answer four questions below — it'll tell you, and it takes about thirty seconds.

China's Calendar

The Holidays That Move Your Dates.

Our factories run on China's calendar. Most holidays cost a few days; Chinese New Year shuts factories for weeks. See every holiday at a glance, or open any one on the calendar to see closures, slowdowns and clear production windows — then start with your delivery date in Question 01 below.

HolidayDatesFactory impact
Mid-Autumn Festival Sep 25 – 27, 2026Official A short break. Production pauses for the days off.
National Day (Golden Week) Oct 1 – 7, 2026Official Most factories close for the week, and freight is busier straight after.
New Year's Day Jan 1, 2027Provisional A one-day holiday. Little effect on production.
Chinese New Year Feb 5 – 12, 2027Provisional China's biggest holiday. New Year's Day is Saturday, Feb 6. Workers travel home, so factories close for weeks, not days — expect significant production and shipping delays. Factories: slowing from Jan 18, mostly shut Jan 30 – Feb 19, restarting from Feb 20, full output by Mar 6.
Qingming Festival Apr 5, 2027Provisional A short break, usually a long weekend. Minor production delay.
Labour Day May 1 – 5, 2027Provisional Five days off. Factories close; make-up workdays are usually added nearby.
Dragon Boat Festival Jun 9, 2027Provisional A short break. Minor production delay.
Mid-Autumn Festival Sep 15, 2027Provisional A short break. Production pauses for the day off.
National Day (Golden Week) Oct 1 – 7, 2027Provisional Most factories close for the week, and freight is busier straight after.

2027 dates are provisional until China's State Council publishes the official schedule, expected November 2026. Factory slowdown dates follow the typical industry pattern; your specialist confirms each factory's own dates.

Request A Meeting

Four Questions, Then Pick A Time.

Your answers build the brief on the right. Whoever takes the call reads it first, so the first twenty minutes are about your product — not about catching us up.

Step 1 of 5

Question 01

When Do You Need Your Order Delivered?

Pick your delivery date and we'll check it against production, shipping and Chinese holidays.

Select your delivery date

Your timeline will appear here

Pick a delivery date to see your order-by date, production window and shipping time.

Question 02

What Are You Making?

Rough is fine. Pick the closest thing.

Question 03

How Many Units?

First run only. An estimate is fine.

Heads up — custom production rarely makes sense under 100 units. Tooling and sampling costs don't spread far enough. You'll get a better price and a faster date from the HIT catalogue. Keep going if you want us to look anyway.

Good to know — we're usually the best fit from 500 units. Runs of 100 – 500 are possible, but unit prices are higher and material and decoration options can be narrower. Keep going and we'll quote it.

Question 04

Where Are You in the Process?

This decides who joins the call.

Last step

Who Are We Talking To?

Then choose how you'd like to hear back.

No account, no obligation.
