Sock Programs: Small Item, High Recall
A sock costs less than a lanyard and stays in the drawer for years. The catch is the artwork, and it is a knit problem rather than a print one.
Gauge decides the artwork
Needle count sets how fine the knit-in artwork can go. A 200-needle gauge carries most logos; below that, simplify before sampling rather than after.
Yarn and sizing
Combed cotton with a small elastane content holds shape through a wash cycle. Two adult sizes cover almost every program without a fit complaint.
